Last week, the Department of Education took oversight actions to prevent ITT from continuing to add to that risk. When we made that decision, we did not take it lightly. You are probably wondering what this means for your future; how it is going to affect your finances and your ability to continue your education.
In August, ITT’s accreditor, the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS) determined that ITT “is not in compliance, and is unlikely to become in compliance with [ACICS] Accreditation Criteria.” This came amid increasingly heightened financial oversight measures put in place by the Department over the past two years due to significant concerns about ITT’s administrative capacity, organizational integrity, financial viability, and ability to serve students.
The school’s decisions have put its students and millions of dollars in taxpayer-funded federal student aid at risk.
I'm glad they did." – Richard S."I have had the privilege of being a patient of several of your doctors over the last year. I can not thank these doctors and your office help enough. A year ago he performed Rotator cuff surgery and moving of the bicep tendon. I am now fully back to running and bootcamp at Cross-terrain. I rarely sat in the waiting room for long." - Gerald O."I had left the practice about 6 years ago and found another doctor who I thought would help me with my chronic knee pain. Swimming is mental as well as physical and that's when I get all my thinking and planning done (no counting laps for me)." - Maryann M."As my doctor, he always made me feel I was his only patient of the day.
I recently ran Run the Ridge, a mud run/obstacles requiring upper body strength. I broke my ankle and didn't want to have surgery, so he put me in a cast. Appointments were easy to schedule, and I could always call his assistant with any issues. When that did not work out, a friend suggested I come and see Dr. Always asking me about my concerns, as well as expressing his and clearly spelling out his plan of attack.
I was able to finish with no problem with my shoulder. He had me come back in every week for a cast change, so he could gently move my foot a little so I wouldn't have any problem with my achilles, and I am happy to say I don't have any problems with it. Phelan, as he was a knee guy and she assured me would help me out. More important is the fact that I believe he did an outstanding job. Phelan did a Fellowship and I have another son who had rotator cuff surgery several years ago in San Mateo. Because I live 4 hours north of Albany, he and his staff were always very accommodating in making appointments and being mindful of the necessity of the trip." - Danny M.
He is knowledgeable, personable and an awesome doctor! I had panic attacks every week from being in the cast, and I would call the office every Friday in a panic. Phelan for me to talk to, and if he was busy, he would always call me back and make sure I was okay. After reviewing my x-rays and medical history, he was willing to do a total knee replacement that many had said no to. Phelan and his nurse Stacy really listened and were there to help and answer any questions I had. " - Cheryl H."My major request was that "I NEED to swim." I am swimming and am one happy camper. Recently the San Diego doctor pointed out the difference in outcomes.

And frankly, I saw some of the Democrats earlier today, and I think there are some that share those general philosophies as well.
We want to make it easier for companies to sell American goods abroad and turn that success into jobs here at home.
This is a sign of a truly caring and compassionate doctor. Now after having just completing my 2nd knee replacement, I am so glad I came back.
