I have been on POF in the past (several years) but returning I find a considerable number of fake and scammer type emails and profiles. It rates pretty much the same as RSVP in terms of the scammer and escort agency profile ratio. I have given really good reviews to companies who give good service. Ever heard the saying " there's no such thing as s free lunch" 2. The pics you posted are now the property of p.o.f, oasis, Ashley Madison, zoosk, elite singles, RSVP, lava life and about 10 other "dating sites" almost all "dating dites" are owned by the same parent company. 5 or 6 years from now, you apply for a job and the HR manager googles your name and up pops those pics, the profile and the type of relationship, or not, that you were looking for.
Why bother when there are other credible sites out there with pretty much the same people on them that ARE actually free to use?
Profile Deleted :-) Really killed my reintroduction to dating sites, not one date in 6mnths only ever actually spoke to one lady, who decided the distance between us was too much to even consider a date. Where ever you fi men think it is ok to over step the line and this site doesn't do anything when you report them? I've tried on-and-off, but all I seem to find is so called "men" who are only chasing one thing (one night stands), or arrogant child-like "men" who believe they can send a message with nothing but abuse - for no apparent reason!
From the moment I joined, I received messages every second.
Managing to hit over 100 messages in the first 35 minutes.
Also false" they want to meet you thing"as well as a myriad of other crap this site presents if you upgrade. One man wrote the most abusive profile about women which was disgusting. It can be very degrading and it's not healthy. I've met guys on this site, who've turned out to be massive scammers.
Don't bother i will be complaining to deaf ears to consumer watchdog i am sure. Never physically laid eyes on them and they've asked me to send them (not a few dollars but thousands of dollars).
The free version of POF is working just fine for me.
I've exchanged messages with plenty of genuine women, had coffee dates with quite a few and more than that with some.
You can forget about working for any arm of any government department and increasingly companies are using the info you give to the" free" dating sites to screen applicants.
